To ensure your work is safe, Plasfy automatically stores local backups of every design you create. This means that if something goes wrong, there is always a backup of your work that can be accessed by our support team.

- Contact Support: Reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Make sure to include:
- The Design ID (if available).
- The Design Title.

- We Investigate: Once we receive your information, we will look into the issue and access the local backups to retrieve your design or provide a solution.
Why This Happens (Rarely)
