Cool gradient color combination with image background

You can make a cool effect for your background:

1. Add image as background layer
2. Add gradient color or solid color as the background (image background layer will not be removed)
3. Select the image and change the opacity to create the effect. 
4. After applying the desired effects, lock the image layer.
