How Can I Access My Invoices for Purchases?

Invoices for your purchases are available directly from your account page. Follow these steps to access and download your invoice:

1. Log in to your account and click on the account pop-up in the top-right corner.
2. From the pop-up, select My Orders.
3. You’ll see an orders table displaying your purchase details.
4. Click on the specific order to access the order page, where you’ll find a link to download your invoice.

Each invoice is billed to the parent company of Plasfy, Jasrati, the creator and brand behind Plasfy. Depending on your purchase, your credit card statement will show the charge from Jasrati or possibly Plasfy.

Additionally, an invoice is automatically sent to your registered email with each purchase. This invoice is a downloadable PDF containing all the necessary information, including our publicly listed address.

If your purchase was made through one of our trusted partners, they will most likely send you an invoice as well. Please refer to their correspondence for invoice details.
